### Describe the subtask After the other subtasks, retire the lock implementation: - Replace `LockManager`/`TreeLockNode` with a per-identifier `ConcurrentMap<NameIdentifier, ReadWriteLock>` for any in-process guard that must stay, or delete it if none stays. - Remove the deadlock checker and the node cleanup thread.
