### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Remove the obsolete `dispatcher.importOssieDocument()` verification from the missing-Content-Type regression test. Keep its HTTP response and `createSemanticModel()` assertions. ### Why are the changes needed? #13512 moved Ossie conversion and source validation into the REST layer. #12627 subsequently introduced a test using the old dispatcher call, breaking `:server:compileTestJava` on main. Restoring the removed import alone would still leave an invalid Mockito verification. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. This is a test-only fix. ### How was this patch tested? - `./gradlew :server:spotlessApply :server:check -PskipITs -PskipDockerTests=true --console=plain` — 640 tests passed, including the missing-Content-Type regression test; no failures or skips. - `git diff --check` passed. - Integration and Docker tests were not run. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
