### Version main branch ### Describe what's wrong The Java client encodes object names in request paths with `RESTUtils.encodeString`, which uses `URLEncoder` and turns a space into `+`. In a URL path `+` is a literal character, so the server receives `table+1` for a table named `table 1`, and loading the table fails with `NoSuchTableException`. Listing still returns the object, so engines such as Trino show the table but cannot query it. ### Error message and/or stacktrace ``` TABLE_NOT_FOUND: Table postgres.mx_names."with space" does not exist ``` ### How to reproduce 1. Create a table named `with space` directly in a JDBC source, for example PostgreSQL. 2. `SHOW TABLES` through the Trino connector lists it. 3. `SELECT * FROM "with space"` fails with `TABLE_NOT_FOUND`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
