### Describe the subtask **Priority:** P1 **Dependencies:** Coordinate with #13622 and #13624; design can proceed alongside the P0 transaction foundation. **Scope:** Inventory EntityStore, SupportsRelationOperations, SupportsEntityChangeLog and their callers. Define the boundary between core entity operations, optional domain capabilities, change subscriptions, and backend/cache maintenance SPIs. Decide one consistent capability discovery and access pattern, including explicit unsupported behavior; listener registration must not silently succeed without providing the capability. Keep the public contract independent of relational packages and physical change-log tables. Reuse RelationQuery and RelationUpdate. Evaluate composition versus inheritance without committing to flattening all methods into EntityStore or adding an interface for every corner case. Specify lifecycle, transaction participation, and compatibility rules for custom stores and test doubles. Produce a reviewed API proposal and staged migration map, covering by-ID lookup and paginated queries. **Acceptance:** A capability/caller inventory, proposed API signatures and semantics, supported/unsupported matrix, and migration plan.
