### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Added column rename support to the Doris catalog, including checks for missing or duplicate column names, Doris version, and light_schema_change. ### Why are the changes needed? Gravitino currently rejects column renames for Doris tables, even when the database supports them. Fixes #11974 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes. Users can rename Doris columns through the existing alterTable API. Unsupported configurations return an error. ### How was this patch tested? Added unit tests for successful renames, invalid names, nested fields, case-insensitive matching, reserved words, and compatibility checks. All 115 Doris unit tests passed: ./gradlew :catalogs:catalog-jdbc-doris:test -PskipITs Integration tests against a live Doris database are still pending. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
