### Describe the subtask Store the parent edge of sub-domains, following the Domain design (#13866): - The `domain_rel` table for H2, MySQL and PostgreSQL, with upgrade scripts. A unique index on `(child_id, deleted_at)` keeps one parent per domain. - Storage operations to insert, re-point and remove a domain's parent edge, get a domain's parent and list its sub-domains. - Row locks on the involved domains, taken in id order, for operations that change the hierarchy. - Deleting a domain removes its own parent edge and is refused while it has sub-domains. ### Parent issue #13864 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
