Closing in favour of #13899. Measurements showed the win here was the lower-durability container settings, not the shared-container service. Without extra test JVMs, `ContainerSuite` already shares one container per JVM. #13899 applies the same settings to the existing containers, scoped to the core database tests, in about 30 lines. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
