Field naming follows the enterprise API: use `oldPassword` / `newPassword`
on `PUT /api/idp/users/{user}` instead of `currentPassword` / `password`.
- Self-change: `{"newPassword":"...","oldPassword":"..."}`
- Admin reset of another user: `{"newPassword":"..."}` (omit `oldPassword`)
