Resolved the cherry-pick conflict in d3ca29fcb5. The only conflict was the import block in `IcebergCatalogWrapper`: branch-1.3 does not use `NoSuchTableException`, so only `NoSuchViewException` is added. The resulting diff against branch-1.3 matches #13896. `TestIcebergCatalogWrapper` (6) and `TestIcebergViewOperations` (25) pass on branch-1.3, and spotless passes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
