### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Cron-pool control-plane Spark submit (§5.2.2), stacked on expand→cron enqueue [#13985](https://github.com/apache/gravitino/pull/13985): - `MaintenanceSparkSubmitPipeline`: parse `table:{tableId}:{policyId}` → OccupancyGate skip → soft-slot claim → auth overlay (`jobOptions` / `updaterOptions`) → `JobManager.runJob` → `bindJobId` - Wire `TableMaintenanceSchedulerPools.cronJobTask` to the pipeline; always remove the one-shot cron row - Release the soft slot when submit fails - Unit tests for skip / lost claim / success bind / failure release / auth overlay **Depends on:** [#13985](https://github.com/apache/gravitino/pull/13985) (includes those commits until it merges; please rebase after). **Out of scope:** #13825 in-job pipeline, commit-pool, BuiltInJob execute leaves. ### Why are the changes needed? Without cron-pool submit, due `cron-job` rows never become Spark work. Fix: #13760 Parent epic: #13760 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. Internal scheduler submit only; uses existing `gravitino.maintenance.gravitinoAuth.*` / `ircAuth.*` overlays. ### How was this patch tested? ```bash ./gradlew :plugins:tms:test --tests org.apache.gravitino.maintenance.scheduler.TestMaintenanceSparkSubmitPipeline --tests org.apache.gravitino.maintenance.scheduler.TestCronJobIds --tests org.apache.gravitino.maintenance.scheduler.TestTableMaintenanceSchedulerPools -PskipITs ``` Made with [Cursor](https://cursor.com) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
