**P1: A policy attached to a parent hierarchical schema misses tables in child schemas.** For example, attach a policy-selected tag to schema `catalog.a`, and put a table in `catalog.a:b`. `MetadataObjectUtil.getParentMetadataObjects()` includes `catalog.a` when resolving the table, so the policy can be its nearest winner. However, `NearestPolicyTableEnumerator.expandSchema()` only calls `listTablesByNamespace()` for `a`; it never visits `a:b` unless that child schema independently carries one of this policy's tags. The table is therefore never considered for expansion. Could you expand descendant schemas as well and add a test with a tag on `a` and a table only in `a:b`? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
