### What changes were proposed in this pull request? - The last tests that called `ContainerSuite` get their containers through fixtures (`@MySQLFixture`, `@PostgreSQLFixture`, `@HiveFixture`, …). - Code that cannot take an annotation (`BaseIT` and the core database lanes through it, idp-basic, `RangerITEnv`, `SparkQueryRunner`) calls `Fixtures.get(spec)` and gets the same container a fixture would. - `ContainerSuite` becomes the package-private `SharedContainers`, used only by specs and the extension. Images, environment, host names and timing lines are unchanged. This PR includes the commits of the PRs below it. With one way to get a container, a test declares what it needs and cannot start, share or close containers behind the framework's back.
