### What changes were proposed in this pull request? - JUnit 5.8.1 → 6.1.3 (BOM), plus `junit-platform-launcher` 6.1.3 on the test runtime, which Gradle 8.2 needs. - The two remaining JUnit 4 tests (`TestGravitinoCatalogStore` in flink-common, `TestOwnerDetails` in clients/cli) and 42 files using JUnit 4 `Assert` move to Jupiter; 123 `assertThrows` calls get Jupiter's argument order. - Test sources in the release-8 modules compile at release 17, which JUnit 6 needs; main sources are unchanged. ### Why are the changes needed? JUnit 6 adds `AutoCloseable` store values and other extension features the next PRs use for container and database cleanup. Every test already runs on Java 17. Fix: #14001 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
