### What changes were proposed in this pull request? - The default ClickHouse test image is `clickhouse:25.8.14.17`, the image CI already sets through `GRAVITINO_CLICKHOUSE_TEST_IMAGE`. - The test users file that enables Time types is always mounted, and `testColumnTypeConverter` always expects `Time`, as on CI. The env var still overrides the image. ### Why are the changes needed? Locally the default was 24.8, where vector similarity indexes are disabled, so `CatalogClickHouseIT#testVectorSimilarityIndex` and `CatalogClickHouseClusterIT#testVectorSimilarityIndexOnCluster` failed outside CI, and local runs used a different setup from CI. Fix: #14095 (item 2) ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. Test code only. ### How was this patch tested?
