### What changes were proposed in this pull request? - `trino_integration_test.sh` maps a test set to its extra containers with a `case` statement instead of an associative array; the mapping is unchanged (`jdbc-mysql` adds `--test_containers=mysql`, an explicit `--test_containers` is kept). ### Why are the changes needed? macOS ships bash 3.2, which has no `declare -A`. The array became an indexed one, so every test set got `--test_containers=mysql`, Hive never started, and the Hive tests failed with "Failed to connect to Hive Metastore". Fix: #14095 (item 3) ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. Test code only. ### How was this patch tested? `/bin/bash -n` with bash 3.2.57; the argument and mapping block run under bash 3.2 for every test set. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
