### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
- **Delete** `clients/filesystem-fuse` (45 files, about 7,400 lines of Rust
and config).
- **Remove references** in `dev/release/release-tag.sh` (two `Cargo.toml`
version bumps), the RAT
exclude for `Cargo.lock`, the `settings.gradle.kts` comment, the release
skill, the cron workflow
comment, and the FUSE note in `docs/filesets.md`.
### Why are the changes needed?
The client is already deprecated and out of the build, so nothing compiles,
tests, or ships it.
Keeping dead code costs upkeep and misleads readers.
Fix: #14130
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
No. The client was not built or released. The docs no longer mention a FUSE
implementation.
### How was this patch tested?
`./gradlew rat` passes. `git grep -i "filesystem-fuse\|gvfs-fuse"` finds
nothing.
