### Describe the subtask Split Semantic Model definition snapshots into separate JSON columns for datasets, relationships, metrics, AI context, and custom extensions, as the first storage step of #14038. Update persistence and the H2, MySQL, and PostgreSQL schema/upgrade scripts. Preserve field representations, collection order, absent versus empty values, and atomic version snapshots.
