### Describe the subtask Persist internal Semantic Model metric identities and maintain them atomically with model snapshots. Preserve IDs for exact-name matches, retire removed names, and allocate new IDs when names are reintroduced. Cover create/import/replace/overwrite, model and parent deletion, and garbage collection across H2, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
