### Describe the subtask Implement listMetrics and listMetricInfos in the Java client. Return catalog-relative [schema, semanticModel] namespaces, preserve complete metric definitions and server ordering, and reuse existing error handling. Add unit tests and real-server integration coverage for discovery, lifecycle changes, and authorization.
