### Describe the subtask Upgrade Lombok to 1.18.42 and Error Prone to 2.42.0 so they run alongside the Dagger annotation processor, then add Dagger 2.60.1 to `libs.versions.toml` and the `core` processor wiring, with `LICENSE.bin`/`NOTICE.bin` entries.
