### Describe the subtask Add an ordered `DispatcherDecorator` set on every `@Public` and `@Internal` dispatcher chain, a `ManagedService` set in the lifecycle, forwarding dispatchers for decorator authors, and `CatalogManager` seams, so code built on Gravitino adds behaviour without subclassing core classes.
