Review only this PR's own commits. ### What changes were proposed in this pull request? - **`cli-it` job** (embedded and deploy) via `cli-integration-test-action.yml`. - **Fix `TableFormatOutputIT`:** `Main.useExit=false`, `verify-on-create=false` (no database needed, documented in the Javadoc), plus a MySQL catalog case. ### Why are the changes needed? **The CLI IT ran in no job,** because backend-it excluded it, and it was broken. It tests CLI parsing and table output against a real server. Fix: #14172 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
