Review only this PR's own commits. ### What changes were proposed in this pull request? - **Called workflows:** `frontend-integration-test.yml`, `contrib-catalog-test.yml` and `chart-test.yaml`, gated on the unit stages. Chart runs on PRs only. - **Contrib:** one job per changed module, using a paths filter per module, which replaces the git diff/awk/find script. `ciVerifyShards` fails if a module has no filter. - **presubmit** no longer ignores `web-v2/**`. ### Why are the changes needed? **Every PR workflow now follows the stage order.** Fix: #14175 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
