### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Reuse a shared recursive validator at core table, function, and partition write entry points, including literal types in defaults and expressions. Validate REST requests before DTO conversion and update the OpenAPI contracts. ### Why are the changes needed? Read-compatible deserialization can produce UnparsedType, which must not enter newly written metadata. Keep this check separate from catalog type support. Fixes #12927 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? New or replaced types must be recognized native types or explicit, nonblank ExternalType values, including nested types. Existing metadata remains readable and manageable. SQL UnparsedExpression defaults remain supported. ### How was this patch tested? - 244 focused Java tests and 38 Python type serde tests passed. - 135 OpenAPI request contract checks and `:docs:build` passed. - Formatting, common Javadoc, and `git diff --check` passed. - Docker integration tests were not run. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
