[#14308] feat(server): Add Semantic Model query planning endpoint
Add a read-only POST /metalakes/{metalake}/catalogs/{catalog}/schemas/
{schema}/semantic-models/{model}/plan endpoint that compiles a semantic
query into dialect-specific SQL without executing or caching it.
Introduce the SemanticQuery, SemanticQueryFilter, and SemanticQueryPlan
API types plus a pluggable SemanticQueryPlanner SPI. The server validates
the request, authorizes the caller, loads the current model definition,
and delegates SQL generation to the configured planner. Planning is
disabled by default through the built-in `none` planner; selecting a
custom planner requires gravitino.semanticModel.queryPlanner and a
matching gravitino.semanticModelQueryPlanner.<name>.class entry.
Map planner compilation failures to HTTP 422 with error code 1013 and
SemanticQueryPlanException; a missing planner returns 501. Expose the
contract in the Java and Python clients and the MCP server
(compile_semantic_query), and document the REST/OpenAPI contract and
server configuration.
Tests cover API and DTO validation, planner selection, REST status
mapping, Java/Python client behavior, and the MCP tool.
