### Describe the subtask
Persist Ontology as a metalake-level metadata-store entity, following the
Ontology design.
- `Entity.EntityType.ONTOLOGY` and the metalake-level namespace, plus
`OntologyEntity`.
- The `ontology_meta` and `ontology_version_info` tables for H2, MySQL and
PostgreSQL, in the 2.0.0
schemas and the `upgrade-1.3.0-to-2.0.0` scripts. A unique index on
`(metalake_id, name, deleted_at)`
keeps names unique per metalake.
- `OntologyMetaService` and the version snapshots, wired through
`JDBCBackend`, entity id resolution,
owners, garbage collection and metalake delete.
