yuqi1129 opened a new pull request, #14495:
URL: https://github.com/apache/gravitino/pull/14495

   ### What changes were proposed in this pull request?

Escape the driver-provided pattern escape character, percent and underscore
for exact schema/table/column metadata lookups, while retaining null patterns
for listings.

   ### Why are the changes needed?

JDBC metadata methods accept LIKE patterns for schema/table names. Passing
source names unchanged makes backslashes act as escapes, so PostgreSQL objects
can appear in listings but fail exact loads or alters.

   Fixes #14494

   ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?

Existing PostgreSQL objects with backslash-containing names can be loaded
and altered consistently.

   ### How was this patch tested?

PostgreSQL Docker regression tests for backslash schema loads and table
loads/alters. All selected tests passed on apache/gravitino main (90da2776a): 2
tests, zero failures. Spotless passed.
