### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Backport #14491, #14527 and #14528 to branch-1.3. Preserve all 23 source commits, authors and original-SHA trailers, plus one compatibility commit. The three source merge commits are retained as empty provenance commits. Nothing is squashed. ### Why are the changes needed? Handle PostgreSQL native identifiers safely, preserve schema identity and external dependencies, and reject unsupported Spark JDBC writes early. ### Does this PR introduce any user-facing change? Yes. Native table names and unnamed constraints are handled safely; copied schema identities are rejected; non-empty PostgreSQL schemas are refused even with cascade; unsupported UUID/External Spark writes fail early. No new configuration or storage migration is required. ### How was this patch tested? - PostgreSQL: 91 unit/operation tests and 164 integration tests across 12–16 passed. - Relevant core tests and H2/MySQL/PostgreSQL storage tests passed. - Identity guard mutation failed as expected; restoration passed. - Spark JDBC common/3.3/3.4/3.5: 12/12/12/18 tests passed. - Formatting, diff checks and :docs:build passed. - Independent review of the final head found no outstanding findings.
