### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Validate driver type/URL compatibility and JDBC booleans/pool bounds before pool construction; use the configured driver for the PostgreSQL verification probe; expose non-secret validation flags. Retain dangerous JDBC URL checks before driver instantiation. ### Why are the changes needed? Catalog creation accepts a driver class that does not implement java.sql.Driver or cannot open jdbc-url. Invalid boolean values silently become false, invalid pool bounds are wrapped as infrastructure errors, and non-secret validation flags are masked. Fixes #14484 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Invalid driver/pool settings fail early with clear parameter errors. verify-on-create and jdbc.pool.test-on-borrow are visible on reads. ### How was this patch tested? JDBC common and PostgreSQL module unit tests, including unsafe-URL and configuration regression tests. All selected tests passed on apache/gravitino main (90da2776a): 202 tests, zero failures.
