### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Bind schema-comment lookups, escape PostgreSQL SQL literals and quoted table/constraint identifiers consistently, and permit provider-validated existing native names through table deletion normalization. The default capability preserves other catalogs' restrictions; creation and rename validation stay strict. ### Why are the changes needed? Existing source names containing quotes must remain identifiers or bound values when loaded or altered. Correct backend quoting must also be reachable when deleting an existing native table. Fixes #14523 Enterprise tracking: https://github.com/datastrato/gravitino-enterprise/issues/3124 and https://github.com/datastrato/gravitino-enterprise/issues/3145. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Existing quoted PostgreSQL table names can reach safe drop normalization; metadata/DDL no longer concatenate those names unescaped. Adds a default capability method for existing deletion names. PostgreSQL purge remains unsupported. Arbitrary native-name schema CREATE/DROP and general column-name validation are outside this patch's scope. ### How was this patch tested? - Full coreUnitTest: 2,691 cases, 2 skipped, no failures. - Full PostgreSQL module: 78 cases, no failures, Docker enabled. - Reverting the normalization fix makes the new dispatcher regression fail; restoring it passes the normalization suite. - Exact-head independent cumulative review. Deployed REST/Trino end-to-end was not run. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
