URL: https://github.com/apache/gravitino/issues/14486

   ### Version

   main branch, checked at 90da2776a.

   ### Describe what's wrong

PostgreSQL JDBC reports Integer.MAX_VALUE as COLUMN_SIZE for an unbounded
varchar. The converter produces varchar(2147483647), which exceeds the
downstream Trino varchar limit and can make any query of the table fail.

   ### Error message and/or stacktrace

See the behavior described above; source-valid objects or invalid
configuration are not reported consistently.

   ### How to reproduce

Create a native PostgreSQL table with columns label varchar and bounded
varchar(255), then load the table through a PostgreSQL catalog. The unbounded
column should be String and the bounded column should retain varchar(255).

   ### Additional context

A focused patch with regression tests is prepared.
