### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Backport Iceberg V3 native type mapping from `main` to `branch-1.3` (cherry-picks, plus a one-line IT import fix): 1. #11932 — native `variant` 2. #11958 — native `geometry` / `geography` (CRS / algorithm) 3. #11938 — `timestamp_ns` / `timestamptz_ns` with zone + precision 9 4. #11969 — `unknown` → `NullType` 5. IT compile fix: import `IcebergTablePropertiesMetadata` for `FORMAT_VERSION` Docs conflicts in `manage-relational-metadata-using-gravitino.md` kept the `branch-1.3` layout (types live in `tables-and-views.md`); OpenAPI `ExternalType` example uses `catalogString`. ### Why are the changes needed? Fixes #14534. On `branch-1.3`, `FromIcebergType` still falls through to `ExternalType` for V3 primitives and does not override `variant()`, so IRC-created v3 tables show wrong types / fail to load. `main` already has the mapping. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
