The description now promises case-insensitive input, but the request schemas
still use lowercase-only enums (for example,
`IcebergCompactionPolicyCreateRequest` and
`UpdateIcebergCompactionPolicyContentRequest`) and exact-case discriminator
mappings. `SYSTEM_ICEBERG_COMPACTION` with `{"maxPartitionNum":5}` succeeds
over REST but fails validation against both top-level request schemas. Please
align the request constraints/type selection with the accepted casing and add
schema-validation coverage. Response enums can remain canonical lowercase.
