### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Add relational storage for Semantic Model dataset-to-source associations on H2, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. Maintain explicitly supplied associations in the model transaction, soft-delete them on replacement or model/parent deletion, and purge retired rows through bounded garbage collection. ### Why are the changes needed? Implement the storage foundation for source lookup approved in #14378. Fixes #14626. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No public API changes. Model API write-path integration and lookup will follow in separate PRs. ### How was this patch tested? Unit and H2/MySQL/PostgreSQL tests passed, including schema upgrades and transaction rollback.
