Closing: this is already fixed on `main` by #10665 (for #10658). `EventBus.dispatchEvent` now catches and logs all listener exceptions for `FailureEvent`s, so `CreateTableFailureEvent` can no longer mask the original createTable exception. `TestEventBus` covers this behavior. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
