### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Resolve registered table/View IDs during source validation and persist dataset associations atomically with model writes. Preserve associations for metadata-only changes. ### Why are the changes needed? Connect the storage added in #14627 to model writes, following #14378. Fixes #14683 ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No REST or client API changes. Model writes now maintain internal source associations for the upcoming lookup API. ### How was this patch tested? Targeted core, REST, H2, and authorization tests passed.
