We are running Guacamole with auth-ldap and auth-jdbc extensions; we are using
KEMP loadmaster version 7.1.35.4.15528.RELEASE.20170802-1735 as reverse proxy
with SSL offload.
A few users complained about random disconnection, we guess that this issue is
not on the RDP server because each user uses its own internal workstation as
RDP server (Windows 7 Professional) and it is not affecting a specific subnet
of users, and the issue usually stops when the user retry the connection for a
few times.
We only identified a syslog message “guacd[5911]: Internal RDP client
disconnected”, can someone help me troubleshoot this?
