Matt Prager edited comment on GUACAMOLE-340 at 11/23/17 2:52 AM:
-----------------------------------------------------------------

I never enabled it and I didn't install any drivers. Basically, it's just a Win
10 Pro install with UVNC server running as a service and that's it.

Do you think it could be a screen resolution issue? The Win 10 machine is
connected to an HDMI monitor (TV really) at roughly 1080p (actual resolution is
1758x992) and 32-bit color. Could that be throwing off Guacamole somehow in a
way that doesn't affect RealVNC's viewer?

> The screenshots below show the issue best. Exact same computer and server. In
> one screenshot, using RealVNC's viewer, it looks great; using Guacamole, it's
> covered with black splotches. I'm not sure how to debug this as it's
> obviously not an issue with the connection or the VNC server (I'm using
> UltraVNC) since the one viewer works fine, but let me know what information
> you need to help figure out why this is happening.
> My VNC settings in Guacamole are nothing more that the minimum required
> (port, username, password).
