Nick Couchman commented on GUACAMOLE-440:
-----------------------------------------

Okay, a handful of things:
- You're using Guacamole 0.9.12-incubating for the client. You should try at
least the latest release (0.9.13-incubating) and see if the issues still exist
there.
- I couldn't see what version of guacd you're running, but make sure it matches
the client version.
- I don't know anything about KEMP loadmaster, but I'd suggest trying without
that and make sure you're seeing the same issues without that. I don't believe
this is the issue, since it looks like the disconnect happens between Tomcat
and guacd, but it's worth verifying.
- Your syslog is filled with a lot of messages about timesyncd not being able
to connect to various NTP servers. I don't see any indications of it being a
time sync issue, but you might try making sure the system is able to sync to a
reliable time source just to rule that out.

> RDP clients random disconnects.

> We are running Guacamole with auth-ldap and auth-jdbc extensions; we are
> using KEMP loadmaster version 7.1.35.4.15528.RELEASE.20170802-1735 as reverse
> proxy with SSL offload.
> A few users complained about random disconnection, we guess that this issue
> is not on the RDP server because each user uses its own internal workstation
> as RDP server (Windows 7 Professional) and it is not affecting a specific
> subnet of users, and the issue usually stops when the user retry the
> connection for a few times.
> We only identified a syslog message “guacd[5911]: Internal RDP client
> disconnected”, can someone help me troubleshoot this?
> Regards,
