This isn't really something within Guacamole's control. When you press "Alt",
the "Alt" key is forwarded through to the remote desktop. The fact that you
intend to press "Tab" to switch windows cannot be known until you press "Tab",
but by then Notepad running within your RDP session has already interpreted
"Alt" as meaning "select the first item in the menu".
