First, I'm not certain, but this may be related to GUACAMOLE-161.  Can you 
confirm what client platform you're using - O/S, browser, etc.?

Second, you list this as a bug in 0.9.12-incubating - have you tried 
0.9.13-incubating, and can you confirm whether or not it's also present there?
