So, two things here:
- You should try updating to FreeRDP 1.1. My guess is that 1.0 does not
include the support.
- If config.h does not exist, then you haven't done the ./configure, yet. Try
running "autoreconf -fi" and then "./configure" and then look at config.h and
see what shows up for DISPLAY_UPDATE.
