This may also be related to the recent changes adding support for RDP's
connection closure reasons. While the RDP invalid username/password code should
now be correctly converted to an "invalid login" code for Guacamole, depending
on the version of FreeRDP, the RDP code is not always defined when disconnect
occurs.
