If RDP servers are known to sometimes display buggy behavior when caching is 
enabled, that is good reason for having parameters that disable this.

Bandwidth is really not a factor in the issue at hand. If RDP servers are known 
to be buggy in this way, then that alone indicates that these parameters should 
be added (the same reasoning behind the "swap red/blue" option for VNC). The 
need for these parameters comes from the existence of the fault in the RDP 
server, not from a hypothetical user's desire to use up more bandwidth because 
they can.
