[~krahujec] This is not likely something that any of the current Guacamole
developers will take up. As it is, Guacamole is implemented to behave the way
that users expect it to behave - that the local clipboard of the client machine
is synchronized with any and all remote sessions. This is in line with how
other remote clients (RDP and VNC, as well as Terminal emulators) behave.
If it's something you're interested in having, you're welcome to take a stab at
implementing it yourself. I would caution that changing the default behavior
to what you've suggested would probably not be accepted - if the change were
something that made it configurable, that might be acceptable, but, by default,
Guacamole should behave the same way as other remote desktop clients and
terminal emulators.
