Guacamole currently provides a mechanism for including custom CSS and
JavaScript, but no mechanism for adding HTML fragments to pages, let alone
binding them to additional JavaScript code.

The Guacamole extension system should be modified to allow authors of
extensions to add HTML to existing pages in some sensible way, while ensuring
that it is possible to associate that HTML with JavaScript, including Angular.
