During an invalid SSH login attempt in 0.9.8, the error screen no longer
appears. The terminal just presents as a blank screen and never responds. If
you use the 0.9.7 server backend you do get an error screen, even with the
0.9.8 client, when you have an invalid login using SSH, so the issue seems to
be with the server backend.
