I believe Windows 10 requires TLS encryption for all RDP connections.
Guacamole's default security mode for RDP connections is the older "RDP"
encryption, and the connection will not be accepted by Windows 10. Please try
explicitly specifying TLS encryption and, if necessary, enable the "ignore
certificate" option:

If you're not using the admin interface, you would be looking to set the
