The transfer and copy operations of {{guac_common_surface}} currently do not
properly clip the source rectangle to the bounds of the source surface. They
*do* properly clip the destination rectangle to the clipping rectangle of the
destination surface, but the source rectangle can overflow surface bounds,
leading to a segfault.
