Many SSO solutions and reverse proxies support authenticating users and passing
the authentication information via an HTTP header, the most common of which is
REMOTE_USER. This authentication extension supports ingesting REMOTE_USER, or
a value defined in guacamole.properites, and using that to determine the user.
PR is 111, but needs to be rebased and renamed to match this issue.
